We have listed 2 different
DID Chain and Sprocket Kits for each bike. There are the reccomended fitments which are to the same specification as the original equipment and the economy kits using a lesser quality chain. For example a Honda Fireblade may be fitted as standard with a
VM X-Ring Gold Chain but you can also fit a
DID XV X-Ring Chain as an economy option. For smaller machines an O-Ring Chain may be substituted for a non O-Ring chain. Both types of kit are supplied with top quality steel sprockets that will also offer durability and long life. Details of the chain pitch, length and type as well as the amount of teeth on the sprockets are shown in the text of each part. All our chain and sprocket kits are supplied with high quality steel JT sprockets which are the same spec as the OE parts.
All DID V O-Ring chains have now been replaced with the new XV X-Ring chain. All kits listing the V spec will be supplied with XV spec chains
